Deposited some funds and managed to get my balance (with no bonuses) to £140 which I decided to withdraw. They have a 7-28 working day withdrawal time scale which has long passed now, I think I'm on calendar day 48 currently.


I've sent emails daily to their email addresses (from day 32 I think) to which I've had no reply at all. Also, all chats I've opened on their site just get a generic response saying they've emailed my details over to accounts and it's with them. Then the chat is immediately closed.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

yes my account is verified and has been since the 6th October, same day I made my £15 deposit. No bonus funds received.


i speak to them multiple times per week on chat to which i always get a generic response saying its with their accounts team and they have no control over that, then the chat closes immediately. I’ve also emailed them about 15 times to which I get no reply.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
