Like many others, I'm waiting for a withdrawal of 800 euros since 19 September.
Live chat is rude with generic answers and automatic close of chat, emails to support are not replied.

My account is verified from all sides by KYC and I've already made a successful withdrawal of 200 euros which landed in my account in a week period.
Though when I did my second withdrawal of 800 euros, nothing has come in my account for a month now.
The contact with the live chat is a nightmare, as all I get is some generic answers (be patient, our finance department might be very busy etc).
When I asked to connect me with the manager department they said it's not possible and all I have to do is wait, without giving me any insight or a time frame about when I should get my money.
Also I sent an email to support which was never got a reply.
That's the whole situation, let me know if you need something more from my side.

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
