Hey! I did a withdrawal well over 21 days ago. The casino advertises 24-48H Withdrawal time when doing the sign up. The customer servive keeps on using the same copy paste answers saying that they cant speed up the withdrawal process. I Don't recommend playing at this casino.

Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed since the 20th of March? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but one month is unusually long time.

Hey! Thanks for the fast response. This is my first withdrawal on this casino after 3 deposits I did. My account is verified. When i contact their support they always have the same copy paste answers for me and that i should be ''patient''. The status of my withdrawal is ''Awaiting''. The withdrawal amount is 700 Euro.

We would like to ask the Mr Sloty Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
Even here they wont give a response! I contacted them almost 20 days ago on their support email and still no reply. Their Live chat keeps on answering with the same copy paste answers. It has now been 43 days since my withdrawal! Keep away from this casino people. Its a big scam
