The player from Germany hasn’t received the withdrawal he requested in December. The complaint was closed as 'unresolved' as the casino has more than 15 cases marked “No Reaction Policy”.
I deposited on the 14th/15th of December and won the money. This was after I played through the required wagered amount to unlock the winnings. I then withdrew this on 15.12.2021 and have been waiting ever since. I was patient having waited the required 21 working days but now they keep telling me it is delayed but will be processed however I'm losing faith as they keep doing this. I'm now really worried that they will not pay out. I hope you can help.

Yeah I am verified. I have never had any withdrawals before now.
In terms of communication, I have been told on a daily basis I just need to wait longer but they cant tell me when. Would you like to see these?

I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease of rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
