The player from the United Kingdom had requested a withdrawal 3 months ago but had yet to receive her funds. Despite numerous contacts with live chat, her money was returned to her gaming account due to a system error. After re-requesting the withdrawal, she still had not received the money after an additional 2 weeks. The Complaints Team attempted to contact the casino multiple times but received no response. It was noted that the casino operated without a valid license and lacked an ADR service, leaving no gaming authority to escalate the issue. The complaint was marked as unresolved.

I made a withdrawal in February I have still not received this , 2 weeks ago after more than 20-30x speaking through live chat , my money was put back into my gaming account I was told this was down to their mistake of the withdrawal not working properly on their behalf this was 3 months later. The withdrawal time is meant to be 7-21 days. I withdrawed the amount again and was told this will take only four days this was 2 weeks ago. I have contacted more times than I can count regarding this and I am told be patient. This has been going on for 4 months now and I think this is fisgusting fraudulent behaviour. I M disgusted by this. I was a good customer and deposited a lot of money before this happened. I have not deposited since and they have lost a customer for good.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi my account is verified has been for around 5 months I believe or longer .

i used real money and I contact them practically every two days to which they answer be patient and end the chat.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
