Hey I played with Mr sloty on the 10july2023 with cash deposit no bouns and made withdrawal of £750 same day 3minths later my withdrawal is still pending I've made many complains and nothing I've even taken to a resolution centra and no response from Mr sloty the customer service on Mr sloty site just responded and say they can do anything about it as its the financial department duty but pass complain on to them but I've never got a response from the financial department or why this is happening the withdrawal page for bank transfer stated 48rs process but when that time passed was told by customer service it's 7-21days when that time also passed I was just to to wait I should receive payment soon but that still never happened my withdrawal is still pending and my account is verified but still not received my withdrawal for 3months now

Hey no haven't made a withdraw before it was my frist time but since making this complain two days ago I got email from Mr sloty saying my withdrawal had risk alart and they rejected my withdrawal after so long and that if I think this is wrong I can re request withdreal so I requested the withdrawal which isn't correct why they done this my withdrawal is fair and I deposited with card and it was won fairly and with no bonus I upset about this

I haven't made withdrawal before this bit also want to add since two days ago Mr sloty has email me saying the cancelled withdrawal after 3month as it was flagged as risk alart and if I think this is incorrect I can withdraw again which I have withdrawn again but this action is unfair to customer as no reason for any flag risk alart it was won fairly and without bonus

Thank you for your reply and email. Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino.


Since this casino operates without an official license, I am not able to recommend any further steps. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
