Hi. This casino delays my withdraw. I made withdraw at 31.3.2021 for 2078€, so 1 month ago, that its still awaiting status . My account is verified and I have made one withdraw (200€) before and that took about week. I get customer support always the same answer, To wait litlle bit more and be patience. But I think that month is too long time. Terms says that it will took 7-21 working days and that 21 days is the day after tomorrow. Can you help me?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please advise if you’ve accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Have you been informed what caused the delay? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.

Hi. I played with bonus and wagered that completly by the rules. They say that its under check and its standart produce. In general, it should be processed within 7-21 working days, which is some approximate timeframe, not the fixed one.

I got this email;

I am writing regarding your withdrawal on Mr Sloty.


Unfortunately, your activity is in direct violation of point 8.3.1 of our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed with upon creating the account.


8.3.1 If a player's accumulated lifetime deposit is not greater than 200 euros, then the player will be allowed to withdraw only up to x10 his last deposit. (Any excess amount will be forfeit)


Taking all this into consideration, we had to cancel your withdrawal and reset your balance with the excess amount forfeit.


Your balance is now 200, which is the amount you can withdraw. You need to make another request upon receiving this email.


Before re-applying for the withdrawal, please reply to this email by saying that you understand and accept the amount you are eligible for at this moment.

So. After that email My withdraw was cancelled and they left My account only 200€.. I calculated and I have deposit More than 200€ at lifetime because I have made one deposit 260€ alone, and more smaller deposit. And second thing is that My last deposit was 70€ and 10x70€ is 700€. Not 200€,
