Mr Fortune Casino - Player’s withdrawal option is restricted.

I won a bonus and earned 1,863.97, but they're not giving me a withdrawal option. I provided my documents, and yet the app doesn't give me the option for Pix or even a bank account withdrawal. They mentioned I have to deposit in order to make a withdrawal. I've never had to do this at any other casino to withdraw my winnings... I've even successfully used Pix for withdrawals at Favbet, even though it's foreign...

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that depositing is required for payment verification and you will have to chose from one of the options the casino provides in order to withdraw.

I registered normally and every time I logged in normally I entered my username and password and also asked for verification on my cell phone with an SMS. I registered but I never deposited because as I got a bonus I played and won I tried to withdraw as has happened in other casinos, I got a bonus I played and withdrew what I won but in MR Fortune it wasn't like that I sent some emails and few responded and in one of them I They said that to withdraw I had to deposit and on the game website itself there is all my data as I said, phone number and proof of address because I already downloaded it... I just don't understand why withdrawing is so difficult..

the value is not 186,397 it is 1,863.97

Most of casinos require deposit in order to verify the payment method so you can withdraw after. If you never did deposit and used only a free bonus, the casino's request is completely common.

I didn't deposit it and it seems to me that it's not reliable if I deposit it and don't get a refund... I'd like to know everything exactly because I've actually already written this money off as lost...

It is always risky with online casinos and there were cases where the player could not withdraw after depositing either so it is basically up to you whether you want to deposit or not but without it you probably won't be able to withdraw your balance from there.

As mentioned above, we can't make the decision for you. The casino has below average rating based on our review so it might be risky to deposit so. On the other hand, if they require a minimum deposit in exchange of withdrawing higher winnings, you can try to do so.

I would also like to point out that if you never did deposit into the casino, I assume that you used a no deposit bonus in which case you definitely won't be able to withdraw the full amount as they mostly has a maximum withdrawal limit - so this might make your decision also easier.

The complaint will be now rejected as the casino has done nothing wrong so far and it is you to you to deposit or not. You can of course reopen the complaint if the case would move forward but for now we will be closing it.
