The player from Canada is having difficulties withdrawing his winnings due to incomplete verification. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I tried to withdraw an amount that I won I didn’t use bonuses and they said it could be withdrawn so I did so and they won’t accept any of my ID and they keep asking for a cc that was frauded and it was destroyed so it is impossible to get that card I’ve sent them the cc statement and they don’t accept it they are a ripoff casino and I just want to let people know this before they waste their money
