The player from Germany is highly disappointed with time-consuming KYC procedures. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have been waiting for the correct verification of my account for a week even though it was specified as 24-48 hours. The support consists of stupid bots that can't solve an individual question and it's annoying. Documents are not described correctly and the player has to wait in uncertainty whether it is the correct document or not. After a rejection, it often takes 3 days to get an answer and then you have to be patient for 2-3 days, uncertain what is being asked. Simply bad service and dirt in my eyes never again

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly, and I am afraid you will have to go through this process if you want to get your winnings. If you wish to receive your winnings, I’d suggest cooperating fully with the casino.
