I currently have a massive problem with the online casino Vulkan Vegas.
On the deposits that I made at Vulkan Vegas, the reference to the company "Faro Entertainment" appears with every payment with the payment method EPS. This is interesting because this company runs the online casino Mr.Bet and according to my information it has nothing to do with Vulkan Vegas/GG.Bet or IceCasino. The companies behind these 3 operators are Brivio Ltd. in Cyprus and Invicta Networks NV in Curaçao.
I asked Vulkan Vegas Complaint Support why Faro Entertainment was showing up on my deposits at their casino. No Answer.
I then contacted the responsible payment service provider, who contacted me shortly afterwards and started investigations because something seemed strange to him. Just one day later, important payment methods suddenly disappeared from the online casinos GG.Bet and Vulkan Vegas: Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and EPS. 2 more days later these payment methods also disappeared from IceCasino and from Mr. Bet itself for new customers.
I emailed Mr.Bet support as I still had an account there. Since most of my credit cards didn't work there, I had decided not to block myself because I couldn't deposit anyway. After my email to Mr. Bet, I received a reply that my request had been forwarded to the relevant department. That was a week ago now. No answer to my questions until today. Instead, Mr. Bet immediately blocked my account: "Your account has been blocked: 3.9.1. If you wish to close your member account, you may do so at any time, by contacting customer support in written form. The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the Terms and Conditions."
The account lock is not a problem for me at all. Nevertheless, I would like to know why the operator suddenly blocked me. Because I'm asking simple questions about a payment?
The reason for my complaint is that I want information about:
Has Faro Entertainment on behalf of the companies responsible for Vulkan Vegas Brivio Ltd. or Invicta Networks NV took money from my payments?
Did Faro Entertainment make these payments to Brivio Ltd. or forwarded to Invicta Networks NV?
What is the legal connection between Faro Entertainment and Brivio Ltd. and Invicta Networks NV?
Handles Faro Entertainment payments for the companies Brivio Ltd. or Invicta Networks NV on your behalf as a payment service provider?
For what exact reason was my account blocked - probably triggered by my simple request?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.
Could you please advise if there are any funds being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.
I do apologize but we do not run these kinds of investigations (related to payment providers or legal connections).

As I said before, I don't really care about the suspension of my account.
I find it a pity that you do not want to investigate this case further, as there is obviously some strange goings on here.
I can only advise everyone not to play at Mr.Bet, IceCasino, GG.Bet and Vulkan Vegas casinos.
So you can dismiss my complaint if you want.
