I registered with www.mrvegas.com casino and deposited a total of £1900 within 10 minutes of play, I have been registered with Gamstop and excluded for 5 years yet was still able to register and deposit money, Mr Vegas allowed me to play at first for some reason during last deposit my account was locked with me being unable to continue to login or withdraw the balance which was at the time £325. I received no communication or email from them till I contacted Mr Vegas they required my ID and documents which was after they accepted £1900 of my money to deposit. Now I am waiting for 'department to contact me' After reading reviews other players have the same problem of their money being held and practicly stolen. I emailed Mr Vegas again and again with further generic replies of 'Manual Withdrawal' and 'Special team investigating' Its been nearly a week and I am regretting ever trying to play at Mr Vegas. I feel bad as on Trust Pilot they have 18 negative reviews of people who had their money stolen and other bad practices of that casino. How are businesses like that allowed to operate I dont know.

I emailed you some info and screenshot. Dont have password for Gamstop
Mrvegas allowed more deposits and not play my last balance was £325 which I have not gambled.
When I requested withdrawal on 1st of £325 they locked me out and asked for ID, statement, card photos. Which I provided on the 1st through livechat and email I still didn't get the withdrawal week later.
