The casino refuse my withdraw because they told I make illegal bets in a slot machine!! + 30% of my last deposit(but I never play more than 30% of my deposit) I never do nothing like that, they are really a very untrusting casino...they call you all time to give you small bonus(I never play with bonus) and after they find some amazing excuses to not pay you!!

Run from this casino is the worst casino I ever play

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the terms and conditions, and I found this:

"16.3. "Irregular play" includes, inter alia:

Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play.

Purchasing in-game feature including but not limited to free spins, for the accumulated price equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest deposit currently in play."


I would like to emphasize, that we believe such rules are predatory because players should be allowed to play with their deposit the way they prefer.

i last deposit it was 50€ or 100€ what means to infringe the casino rules I can’t play more than 15€ !! I never play 15€ By click!!! Is not logic you make a 50€ deposit and play 15€+ by click !!! In this case I click 3 times and that’s finished my 50€ deposit...

the only think I do(they find this excuse) is in one slot or 2 you can buy free spins for 50€ or 100€(all depends from your bet) and I buy 100€ free spins and win 350€... but otherwise all wins are legal...

I am very sorry but since the casino team is unresponsive, we’re not able to proceed with further investigation. Please, be aware that this complaint will affect their reputation on our website which is already very bad.

 

For the future, I recommend you to choose the casinos with at least a very good reputation on our website (the resolution in case of any problem would be much easier).
