I come here after trying many ways to withdraw my money from Mostbet and need the proper judgment.

I hope Casinoguru to help to resolve my issue to get my money back, that's all I have for a few next months of living.

I withdraw 5 days ago, it's already over 100 hours. I did try to contact support via live chat and mail. The mail support is not reply anything, and the live chat support responds very late and does not help my problem. The operator always asks a few questions not relate to the issue every time and tells me to wait. But I still got nothing. 

I will attach screenshots as proof.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

NEW UPDATE: The current transaction was declined by the system and I start a new withdrawal with a minimum amount. It turns out that it's fast like it must be. Thank you Mostbet
