This casino is a scam and doesn't have any legal licence whatsoever. When this is pointed out and I asked for mine and my partners deposits back just to breaking the law in the UK they refused. I then found out who they said they had a licence with and this was a lie as well.


I have sent them all the proof but they are now ignoring me and my partner

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Is your account currently still open? Do you have any real money balance remaining on your account?

Please note that the casino do not have any license and UK is not a restricted country according to their terms so you were free to play there and they are not obligate to refund anything as it is up to the player whether they register there or not.

I was asked on the 21st June for my information which I sent straight away and even more than they needed. I was then told on the 1st July that my account was closed as I had multiple accounts which I explained what had happened. I didn't have a second account my partner who lives at the same address as me had an account. My account is closed as well as my partner and there is no balance on his but I had a balance of €400 on mine.

I have checked with the UK gambling commission and the company needs a UK gambling commission licence to allow UK players and not having one and allowing UK players is breaking the law. They also stated they had a licence to me with PAGCOR which is a lie as well and I attached proof from the PAGCOR but I attach on here them stating it's with them filefile

Did you have any remaining balance on your account when it got closed? Did you use the same device with your partner or both of you used bonuses?

Please note that getting a refund is not an option as the casino has no license and they do not fall under any regulation.

Hi my partner didn't but I had €400 waiting to withdraw and attached a screenshot. No bonuses were used by either of us. Different devices but same card used.


Please note this casino even today said they have a licence with PAGCOR

Unfortunately using a 3rd party payment is against the casino terms as well. The player always has to use his own payment method to deposit and withdraw otherwise the casino has the right to void any balance and refund only the deposits if the card owner requests for a refund. Was the card used on your account your or your partner's?

Yes it was and I told them that as soon as I realised.


Again I state they don't have a UK gambling commission licence so shouldn't be allowing UK players to even register let alone deposit on the site. They are now saying they have a Curaçao eGaming which is like according to the licence provider as well. At what point will you agree this casino is illegal


Ask gambler have also terminated the company as they aren't replying to them file

As stated before, your account has been closed due to multiple accounts which is against our rules. By the time our team started your verification process, they found out that you have used the same IP , along with the same credit card, to more than one accounts.

Players may only create one (1) personal user account. The creation of multiple accounts by a player ("Duplicate Accounts") may result in the termination of such accounts

For actions that may damage the casino, the casino reserves the right to close your Player Account.

I explained on the live chat that it was my partner who lives at the same address!


Also we use vpns for security.


You are lying about having any licence as I have checked the so called new licence on the egaming website and you don't have one there either.


I will refer this to the UK gambling commission who can investigate you. Also note that I explain when depositing there was no way in knowing my partner had an account as the payments were on a different companies name all the time.


Regardless of terms and conditions surely the law out ways that

The license plays zero relevance in your complaint. If the casino does not restrict a country in their terms, players are free to play from there.

As you have breached multiple casino terms, the casino had every right to close your accounts and void any remaining balance.

Please keep in mind that you can never deposit with a 3rd party payment, you can use only your owns funds to deposit and own payment method to withdraw to. Also playing from the same IP musn't always be a problem, playing from the same device can be.

Based on the gathered information, we will be now closing the complaint as unjustified as the player clearly breached multiple casino terms.
