AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Quite happy to take my money but when I tried to make a withdrawal (only 750 euros) they stopped contact. It has now been pending for 7 weeks! Will not reply to multiple emails, LiveChat stopped working and even a complaint on here went unanswered. Complete scam casino with no way of getting my money.

I do not recommend this casino and it's most likely a scam, they do not pay out once you win a bigger amount. I have a 2.2K withdrawal in progress for 3 weeks and they do not provide a clear processing date.
Their strategy is to keep the funds and keep delaying you until eventually you cancel the withdrawal and loose the money.
I have contacted them numerous time asking for a kind resolution to this matter. Every single time I contacted them the only reply I was able to get is "Please wait we are taking care of it".
Considering that I'm a KYC verified player the delays are unacceptable, especially for such a big delay.
At this moment their live support is not responding anymore and I haven't any news about my money or seen any progress done since 17 August 2023.
I can say without a doubt that I had been scammed and I won't see my money from this illegal casino.
Another big RED FLAG is the fact that the casino operates without a licence.

Slots most definitely manipulated in some way. So many outright dead spins, one after another with no wins, not even a little one, at all for the longest time.
Also they're bribing players with £$€30 to leave positive reviews on Askgamblers, LCB & Trustpilot...hence why there's literally loads of positive reviews everywhere. Corrupt, scamming thieves. Be VERY careful.

Can't really think of anything as the whole set up feels like a complete scam - & I'd be lying if I said something "positive" quite honestly.

So far everything is fine. I had my doubts but really good job. Specifically the live chat works fine, there was a refund issue for Evolution and they fixed it quickly. There was no ticket traffic for days. Verification was pretty fast. I will update my rating when my withdrawal is confirmed.

I thought half march, hè a new casino! I wanna try that one. After research online for some reviews, I thought the layout looks good.. let’s give it a try. After that point.. it’s horrible. 200 spins on gates, 200 on doghouse mw, 100 on starlight and 120

I decided to try this new casino this weekend. Honestly my whole experience has been pretty smooth. Their mobile website is quite clean, it seems like I've been using it for a few months. I love this. I had a minor problem with the credit card payment but the operator was quite friendly, they fixed my problem quickly.

I will try them for a while, if anything negative happens I will change my rating.
