Hello Nick yes they told me i could play vpn few times yes i register whit normal details i deposited 4 times whitout vpn and play normal som games i could not play but as of yesterday my country was restricted but i still have 200 balance

now they rejected my documents and i also see wen i log in whit vpn bank tranfer withdrawal is not n option anymore...

i have send document proving my bank and adres also send my passport again.

i stil cant log in to my account without vpn support told me saturday its a glitch its a long glitch

and i have been talking to support they told me numerous times i can play whit vpn but whitdrawal is not there department so no i want to whidrawal i do not want to play ore keep in touch

As we have already informed our client before:

  • First time he provided us the IBAN, there was 1 number missing.
  • Second time he provided us the IBAN , instead of the number 0 , he wrote the letter O.
  • The last time, he provided us the correct IBAN and his transaction was successfully completed.

yes yes the 9 was a 6 the client is closing the casino account you can close the complaint Nick or do you want the casino to explain that the day after the withdrawal i cant acces my account anymore probably clients browser is not working.
