Opened account and deposited money, won £120 on one of there slot games. Withdrew it and received an email saying it was processing, got another email shortly after asking for documents proving my card details and address. Uploaded and submitted the documents fine and heard nothing since. This was about 6 days ago now and I’ve reached out twice and heard nothing…
