My problem it's that I was playing 5 then I got a bonus of 2 rolls the it's play on that bonus I have 395 + 30 it's = 425 , then network gone say i have To log out then log in again then I do that but wen I come back to the game or when I log in I found 425 it was not in on my account

Yes proceed with the case because I need the money that I have won , it's painfully to know that u are a new person on that game and u send a lot of money then after i find that money u win is gone .
