I dont know nothing about software but last half year im minus 5000 in this casino.i have played only 20 or 40 sents of bet.lately from 1 may tilltoday i have deposited over 2000 eur and it only have given back 400 eur only taking mostly one slot rise of olympos100. There should be rtp or something ? I think its not ok.what is rtp ?

I just want to specify little bit mond casino.At first was good casino i played i lose and win.i didt have plus but that was ok.losses wadnt so big.time get passed more i played the more and faster money goes and j still played small amounts.20 or 40 sents of bet.i understand that house win long term.but half of year being -5000 of losses to play same game and same bet is that ok.last mourh i have put from 1 may 2000 eur deposits and withdraw 400 till 500 eur.i would umderstand if i deposit 2000 and get back withdraw 1500 i would accept it.bit thats insane it cant be ok.aa one thing mote icouple mouth ago i freeze acount first time.Then it camd letter from mond casino that i have cashback 20 eurif i wang they can reopen it.Then i reopen it again to play this cashback.of course i deposited then.what ise the point deacticate or exclusion or freeze from setting if you can go back.and its have been like 10 times at least.is it loud.Thats not fair casino rules dont you think.i would have saved over 2000 eur from first time i freeze casino to one year if they havent offered me to vome back.i have proof to email conversation where they offering to reopwn and offer cashback to.i think cashback is for that i go certanly back and if i lose it then i put my own real money .Today they send agan email that i can reopen it and cashback waitind.i let them reopdn then i can make screenshots there to my history deposits and withfraws ?

Hello reigam84,

Please understand that closing an account is not permanent and you can reopen it anytime by simply contacting the casino or sometimes by simply logging into your account. If you want to close your account permanently you have to self-exclude yourself which servers for gambling addiction prevention. If you are simply dissatisfied with the results in the casino, it is not a reason for a self-exclusion and all I can do is recommend a different online casino.

Unless there is any actual proof that something unfair is going in within the casino which caused your loss, our hands are basically tied.

What I mean that there is actually not any sign of something unfair ongoing so we can't act based on just your description.

Ok you didt answer the question how it is possible to check it then ? For me it sounds that rtp is more like rumor to convince people to play in casino ? How to prove that rtp then ? I dont know nobody who would that rtp works? Most of the people have lost the money.if rtp is not possi le to check it then irs only a number thats all.

Actually maybe i was wrong i just won there 4000-5000 eur.There was no oroblem withdraw and everything is ok now.Thank you anyway that you stan me 😀 but yes i waslucky i got back my money maybe there is rtp then 😀
