The player from Ireland is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his funds. The withdraw button on the casino website was not working. After some time the casino contacted the player and processed the payment to his account.

So this is a crazy one. The withdraw button doesn't work on the website. If I type the number 8 or copy and paste and amount it shows up with a red flag. Support keep asking me for screen shots. I have sent them screen shots every time from my phone and laptop and have tried 3 different browsers. My balance was also on a 107 when I asked for a 10 loss limit a week and it's now on 80. I have full transcripts of the live chat, videos of the withdraw request issue and over 10 screen shots of the issue. I have no idea why they cannot process it manually. Everytime I request it (because let's face it it might be a bug )I get no response. This is by far the worst I've ever seen in my 10+ years of playing.

Could you please advise if your account has been fully verified? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Which payment method you have opted for to withdraw your winnings, please?

Please understand, that without verifying your account, you won’t be entitled to any withdrawals.

So they have not asked me for docs and I have received withdraws from these guys in the past. I have been told it's my browser that is the problem and they tell me to clear my cache/history and use a different browser. I have cleared the cache as requested and used a number of different browsers and devices still get the same issue. I know what the problem is and it's on the casino side the withdraw button is simply not working. the payment method is BTC.

Thanks I hope this can get resolved soon. I also have videos of me doing it on several other browsers.live chat ignores me now, making me think this is a scam website. Break the withdraw button is an excellent example of making money and being scam.

After lots of emails and live chat conversations, they managed to find a " technical error" and as I suggested 14 days ago manually processed the transaction to my account. You can consider this case closed.
