Unfortunately, we were not able to get in touch with the casino, therefore we are not able to continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’. The operator's website seems to be still 'under maintenance', when I checked at this point. Closing the complaint as unresolved will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.
