Milky Wins Casino - Player’s complaining about the wagering requirements.

I had a withdrawal pending long time for their problems with the 3rd parties ... Today I found out that my withdrawal was refused because I had to rule the deposit money ( my money not bonus) 3 times in order to make a withdrawal. They kept sending me to their term of conditions part 7.14.2 which I will attach to this comment. I was trying to explain that this refers to the no deposit bonus or the deposit bonus but they stated it refers to all deposits made.

I feel I lost money and energy on this site waiting for a withdrawal long time to come at last with this statement.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please note that it is not unusual for a casino to have such rules. Some casinos require deposit wagering 1x, some 3x, but you can find casinos with even higher wagering requirements for real money.

Unfortunately, since this is part of antimoney laundering rules, there is not much more we could do about it. I can only recommend that you meet the wagering requirements if you wish to withdraw your winnings.

Thank you for your reply. I find this rule abusive as I don't see how wagering 3 times own deposit money would help with money laundering. If I make a deposit of 100 and wager all the money without winnings , how am I supposed to meet the wagering requirements? Or if I win but very small amount and I decide to stop playing when I can withdraw the money I deposited, why should I not be allowed ?

Regarding avoiding money laundering, the casinos asks anyway the player's account statement and they can if is any issue .

On the screenshot attached are the conditions from the site regarding the withdrawal.

First , they don't respect their own rules regarding withdrawal on ghe same payment system which was used to make the deposit. They accepted deposits from visa but withdrawals only on Mastercard or bitcoin ( which I find suspicious if talking about money laundering).

Second , the rule of betting 3 times the amount refers strictly to a " no deposit bonus " or if not made a deposit in last 30 days as you can see in the screenshot attached ( which I analized very well with one of my British colleagues).

Nowhere is specified that the deposits ( with no bonus involved) should be wagered 30 times before making a withdrawal.
