The player from UK had a transaction dispute with Midnight Casino which led to a chargeback. Despite resolving the dispute and cancelling the chargeback, the casino has blocked the player's account. They are demanding an official document from the bank that verifies cancellation of the chargeback. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

i was wanting help regarding these casino midnight wins casino. I made a few deposits with them but there was a transaction that I did not reconise on my credit card account so I reported it and therefore the transaction was charge backed to this casino. I did not know the transaction was related to this casino as it was a different name. Therefore i cancelled the dispute with the bank and chargeback was cancelled. But midnight wins have now blocked my account and said I cannot re open my account unless I have an official document from my bank to confirm these chargebacks have been cancelled and returned. I have contacted my credit card company regarding this and they said they can’t send an emails from their end as this is a genuine transaction and chargeback has been cancelled and returned to the casino.


they are refusing for my account to be reopened and I have £4400 winnings in my account.

I sent them an email that I have received from my credit card company confirming cancellation of the chargeback. I am just waiting on a reply from them.


I have had no issues with them in the past. My account is fully verified and I have made withdrawals recently.
