I have withdrawn £20 but its been pending for 4 days also I can't get I to my account it just freezes I have emailed for 3 days done live chat fir 3 days and been ignored no one gets back to you even though it states response in a few hours on live chat I can log in but nothing happens I cant go on anything not even my account the screen won't move and yes I have tried different devices I'm not happy with them at all for ignoring customers

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still, if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.

I can log in but do nothing else I have a 20 withdrawal pending 36 credit I go on live chat and get ignored for a week I've emailed I get ignored I want my account closed for good I've told them this I can only get on live chat I can't do anything else on that site

I have sent them everything id wise they asked for and heard nothing for almost 2 weeks I can't even get into my account I can log in but do nothing else not a single thing they won't answer me

Hi Adam I have tried again to log in to miami jackpots and all it does is just keep saying log in it won't even let me log in now it does nothing at all I can't even get onto live chat with them and they don't respond to emails from me

No I did manage after trying 6 times to log in and got on to live chat but you have to be very fast they say they have high volume of traffic they are looking into it but no I can't do anything else on the account
