The player from United Kingdom had her withdrawals delayed due to technical issues. Even if we assumed that the issue has been resolved, without a confirmation from the player, we were forced to reject this complaint.

I have 5 withdrawals awaiting payment from White Hat Gaming of which Miami Dice is one site. I contacted both the site support, who took 2 days to reply and only after multiple e-mails,and live chat. I was just told to give more time, I'd waited 2 weeks! They did tell me they had had problems but these had been resolved. This, it would seem, was untrue. It is unlikely I will see payment of my withdrawals any time soon. What is disturbing is that the sites are still taking peoples' deposits aware they will be unable , at this time, to honour any withdrawals

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawals. Do I understand it correctly that you have requested your withdrawals more than a month ago? Which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. If the casinos were experiencing technical issues it might be a reasonable explanation for delayed withdrawals. I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have 5 withdrawals from 3 White Hat Gaming sites £100 from Miami Dice requested on 20/04, £380 from Casilando requested 23/04 and £30 from Captain Spins requested 21/04. All White Hat Sites are having the same issues and have been ongoing for 2&1/2 weeks now. I feel it's unfair taking peoples deposit money knowing they are unable to honour any withdrawals
