I have won $80,000 on "Empty the Bank" by hitting the 3 safes. I wanted to withdraw my winnings and have placed the withdrawal on the 22nd of August. It's been 6 days already with the withdrawal still sitting on pending. When I ask support about it, they keep saying they are waiting on the game provider to confirm the winning round, which I'm sure doesn't take 6 days to do. When I ask for any proof that this is being looked into and that I will receive my winnings, I just receive a "trust me bro, you'll get it" response, without any proof that I will get it, or that any ticket/information was sent to the provider to confirm the win.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
