Very bad, my account was closed here right after signing up. I was then supposed to contact customer support but received absolutely no explanation.

Same process as with the "Dama Group" back then. I had a very big win there at the time and was therefore blocked. Although I received the prize after a long back and forth, I then completely blocked it for all Dama Casinos.

I think Metaspins is one of them. Same process in live chat, same error message that the account was closed. I do not recommend it. With small wins, there will be no problems here. If you're going to win a lot, you can only hope it doesn't happen here.

I signed up on the site due to good reviews and easily deposited a few 100 USD which were all gone in lightning speed on small bets. Game payout was in the 50-60% consistent RTP range although I changed games a lot. Many games wouldnt load particularly those I wanted to play being Play N Go. Unfortunately although the site is in my language and caters to people from my country I have found out it is not legal to take bets from me but it seems that they ignore this.
What I have to stress positively is that when I contacted support and asked if it was safe to make a larger deposit they confirmed that it wouldnt be paid out easily. Therefore I saved myself more loss. Chances are they would have asked for KYC then said I am playing from a forbidden country and confiscated my wins and deposits. If I had lost they would have just kept deposits.
I then closed my account. Next day I got back to them and asked if I could withdraw the rakeback they advertise. But this is a scheme, it doesnt exist. They denied my request and said it is only for active players and cant be claimed by me and any funds on the account are gone. Also they asked me what I actually want in an aggressive tone. Give the fact that they actively encourage illegal gambling and take money they are not allowed to take they are very courageous and cocky to hardball players in such a way. You need balls of steel or you simply don´t care about players or you are planning an exit scam soon. Which could be, as I did not find that there is a lot of site traffic, few people in chat.

Something pretty sus about this site, deposited 1500, only got 2300 total, it said 100% of your deposit, I should have known when this happened to just forfeit the "bonus" and withdrawl, however I spinned away at some 5$ slots, I hit around 8 bonuses on the games I played and never got more than $40 on average, the RTP is way to low on this site, something is smelly, even the games would load pretty weird. Suddenly I received a huge winning and my balance become approximately 9000 USD. I completed wagering requirements and made a withdrawal request 9500 USD (0.43 BTC).

After about 5 minutes I received email with title KYC and my withdrawal request was canceled. I followed link in email and made picture of my Passport and Selfie. Process went very fast.
