I have created melbet account and playing it for past 1 month. Suddently my account has been logged out and i couldn't login from than using my old passwork. When i contacted customer care they told that my account has been blocked. Sent multiple Email to security@melbet.com & license@melbet.com. Didn't get any reply so far.

Could you please advise if your account was already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did you receive any respond at all from the casino since your account got blocked? If yes, please forward the communication to nikolas.b@casino.guru.

Yes Nick account verified using both phone and mail. It has been verified 1 week back.yes playing with real.money. now i am able to access the account but i coudlnt deposit/withdraw or place any bets(amount showing to bet as 0.1 ruper) with money i have right now in account. I have sent the mail from verified mail id not getting any response.
