I am writing to bring to your attention the unsatisfactory experience I have had with Melbet Casino. On February 22, 2024, I initiated a withdrawal request for 69,278($2225) TRY from my account. Despite promptly providing all the requested documents for verification, including identification and proof of address, my withdrawal request has been repeatedly denied without valid explanation.

After successfully completing the wagering requirements and making additional sports bets, my account balance currently stands at approximately 273,773.73($8780) TRY. This balance includes my initial deposit of 60,795.7($2000) TRY and the winnings accumulated through betting activities. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with the customer support team via email and live chat, I have received no satisfactory resolution to my issue. The lack of communication and transparency from Melbet Casino's end has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned with their services.

Despite my patience and cooperation, my attempts to withdraw my funds have been met with delays and unhelpful responses from their customer support team. I believe that as a reputable online casino platform, Melbet Casino has a responsibility to prioritize customer satisfaction and address issues promptly and effectively. However, their failure to do so in my case has left me with no choice but to seek assistance from external sources.

As a last resort, I intend to seek assistance from the Foundation for the Representation of Victims of Online Gaming (SBGOK) to resolve this matter. I kindly request Askgamblers to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Melbet Casino for their failure to fulfill their obligations to their customers. It is crucial that they uphold the highest standards of customer service and accountability to maintain trust and credibility within the online gambling community.
