The player from India had been unable to withdraw his funds from Melbet Casino despite having provided all necessary KYC documents for account verification. He claimed that the casino rejected his withdrawal request due to incomplete verification. The player had expressed his desire to close the account and either receive a refund of his last deposit or withdraw his current balance. Despite our efforts to understand the issue and assist the player, he had not responded to our queries. As a result, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

Dear casinoguru

I have been sending my all my kyc documents with my debit card and bank statement and my pan and aadhar and my all personal details and deposit screenshots and statements and everything

Even despite sending all the corresponding documents for verification the melbet casino didn't given my withdrawal

I have deposited 60k inr into my wallet

And I completed wager and placed withdrawal but they rejected stating that verification has to be completed

But I send the all documents but still the melbet casino not approved my verification

Please help me in closing my account on melbet and give refund for my last deposit or withdrawal of my wallet balance

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise if any of your documents have been approved by the casino?

When exactly did you send the last of your identity documents for verification?

What types of games did you play? Was it slots, live casino games, or did you participate in sports betting?

They approved all the kyc documents

But only one document which is a bank can't provide and there is no any statement to show a card linked to this bank account

Even I have shared an screenshot with netbanking

I played casino roulette

I am facing this issue from 2 weeks

Do I understand correctly that the casino did not accept your bank statement? Have you submitted the document in the correct format (an original PDF file) and it contains all your necessary personal information?
