Sir we have create an account five days ago and deposit money but we fill wrong information becuase we have less knowledge about it,

they block my account for reason verification decuments

we provide all information about our phone number, transaction slip, deposit account details but security team says 'Security Service has no reasons to believe that account belongs to you'

Sir my friend created my account he filed wrong information i didn't have that much knowledge about it.

But the number I linked was of my aunt, I had submitted the documents, The number from which I deposited the cash belonged to my father, I had submitted the documents

I have the deposit receipt

But these people say that this account is not yours.

Sir I am feeling very tension because I had deposited the money after taking loan.

If the account was not mine then how would I know from which number I have deposited and how would I get the id card of that number?

If the account was not mine, then how could I get the information of the number which I have linked with the account?

I have email from which I am mailing you, if the account was not mine then how could I have emailed you?

And I have blocked email login so my account login would not have happened if the account was not mine.

Please help me these people just want to loot my money.

Dear sheheryarabid,

I'm sorry but there is no being in the world who could help you with so many breaches of casino terms within one account.

Firstly, only you can register an account in your name. Secondly, you must enter only your information during the registration and it is strictly forbidden to give false information to the casino. Lastly, you can never deposit with payment method not belonging to you in any online casino.

I'm really sorry but there is absolutely no possible way to verify your account or to withdraw any kind of money from it. As there were multiple breaches of casino terms, they had every right to close your account and void any balance on it.

The complaint will be now rejected for the above mentioned reason.
