The player from Denmark had encountered difficulties withdrawing his winnings from Megapari. Despite having deposited 400 EUR and making some small winnings, the player had been unable to access his funds due to technical issues and confusion around required banking information. The casino's representative had stated that the player's withdrawal of 678 DKK had been successfully completed. However, without a confirmation from the player, we had to reject the complaint. The player could reopen this complaint anytime.

Megapari will not allow me to withdraw money.



First they said that I had to fill out personal information about myself. I did that.


Next explanation was technical issues, which should be resolved in 5-6 hours


Next day I tried again without luck. This time I was told that I should try again after 24 hours


I waited 24 hours and then I tried again but no luck.

This time they said that I should enter the Iban number, even though their own form states that I should enter 12 digits which is shorter than the Iban number.


Next explanation was that they had approved my withdrawal even though I had just received notification from them that they had declined it.


So I'm pretty much done with this company. Fortunately I have only deposited around 400 eur and only made very small winnings on the account so I don't stand to lose too much from their fraudulent behaviour

I received an email from Megapari saying that they had solved the issue and I would now be able to withdraw money.

I made a new attempt to withdraw money 30 minutes after receiving the email. I was not surprised when the withdrawal was denied.

Newest little piece of the anecdote. Megapari didn't like my complaint, so now they have limited me as a customer.

I can bet a maximum of 4 dkk and the odds on the site are now lower compared to other customers.

So after being customer for a month and winning a grand total of around 200 dkk, they won't let me play anymore and won't let me withdraw money. What a wonderful company
