The player from Malaysia is struggling to withdraw his winnings. Additionally, he’s not able to communicate with the casino after being blocked from support channels. The player submitted a complaint about MegaBet Casino instead of MegaBetMy Casino. Therefore we rejected the complaint and we tried to resolve the player's problem via email communication because we aren't able to add MegaBetMy Casino to our database.

Your agen cheat me when i won rm400.. I ask him to withdraw rm400 to my account.. After that she block me at whatsapp, and telegram..i want my money back..

Hello Syed!

 

I tried to open the casino to contact them again and I found out, that the MegaBet Casino is closed for betting. This situation was really strange, so I carefully reviewed your case again and I found out based on your screenshots, that you are complaining about the MegaBetMy Casino and not the MegaBet Casino, which are two, completely different casinos.

 

At this moment we aren't able to continue resolving this complaint. We don't have MegaBetMy Casino in our database and it is not possible to add it at the moment, because it is a different kind of platform from what we usually review.

 

But I will write you an email soon, and I will try to contact the MegaBetMy Casino and hopefully we will be able to resolve your problem without using Casino Guru platform.
