The Canadian player reports a serious problem with Megadice Telegram Casino. She was able to successfully withdraw after the second deposit, but on her third deposit (declining the bonus), they manually withdrew her balance of $2,000 and ceased all communication. The casino has provided us with evidence of delayed bonus rounds therefore we have rejected the complaint.

I've registered to Megadice Telegram Casino on 16.10 to play at Casino.


I've made a deposit of almost 1100 USD, took a bonus at casino .. lost it all


The second deposit of 80 USD without any bonuses generate me couple wins, withdraw with success 150 USD


Then I've made the third deposit, without any bonuses, generate me some wins, a total of 2000 USD in my balance.


I tried to withdraw my funds and after almost 24 hours They "manual withdraw" all my money According to "Transaction History" and don't answer to any e-mails.



They stole from me, more than 1200 USD the deposits + wins and they will steal from you 100%



I don't know what to do? I didn't broke any rules, I won with my real funds and is frustrating and generate me a big stress .

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Is it possible to forward your deposit/bonus and betting history to nikolas.b@casino.guru for further review? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they explain the confiscated balance?

Hi Nick,


I've send you the following e-mail with all the documents that I m able to provide.


" I created an account on Megadice Telegram, it is their mirror site but on Telegram.
I chose that because was more anonymous, you need only a telegram account, NO KYC ask at any point, NO KYC made.
 
My account is still opened at this point, another proof that if I broke any rules they should close the account, but they don't chase that, I think they hope that I will deposit more or something.
 
In this e-mail I attached the screenshot with my transaction and the corespondence sent to complaints@megadice but no response yet.
The bonus received was for the FIRST withdraw only, this is their welcome offer. After that, the second and third was without any bonus taken. ( see screenshots attached )
 
I also contact them on Live Chat, but they refuse to help me by send me to talk to a BOT on telegram and NOBODY tell me why they "manual withdraw" my funds and based on which article. ( see screenshot attached ) "

 

 

The betting history/ bonus history is not provided on telegram account, if you can ask from MegadiceCasino I 'm happy to offer you my consent and feel free to check.

Hello skumpu,

Would it be possible to forward your betting history from the casino? As you did claim a bonus, there might be a possibility that you have breached the casino terms and that's why the casino confiscate your balance.

I'm open to share all my betting history, but they DO NOT HAVE BETTING HISTORY on TELEGRAM ACCOUNT. I shared the printscreen how the telegram account looks like.

. I can't log in other way, because it's only on my telegram that "bot".


Also I do not breach any bonus rules nor created multiple accounts you can check with them.

They have ONLY 1 BONUS, for FIRST deposit and both were lost .0 out, no money after lose.

It's clear that have nothing to do with bonus term

so I don't get it why they stole my funds and winnings as well.


Please talk with them to confirm what I told you because don't have any responses from them. I already request them explanation and betting history . 0 answer.

This user used the match deposit bonus to stack progressive games on different bet values - Bronco Spirit and Redrose Sanctuary. Thereafter, made another small deposit and cashed out the progress thus trying to abuse our promotional offer. Section 17.1 Fraud, specifically states '' We reserve the right to confiscate any funds if any fraudulent activity or bonus abuse attempt is detected''.

1.What are you talking about, what is the fraud?

2. It was forbidden to play a specific game? Where is saying that in tc on telegram casino and how should i know?

3 why are you let players to play something forbidden just, to steal their money?

The only fraudulent activity is yours in Australia , Germany and many others.

I have couple of friends who access your site from there and they can deposit/ withdraw. One of them sent you the ID and the account is still open, even though you have in your terms that you don t allow it and only ip from US is banned because your afraid of FBI ( casino guru, you can check with vpn that they allow you to register from those countries )


I know what to do, buddy, if we don t find resolution for that small amount stolen from me:

I will go further with proofs, complaints to authorities and articles. I’ll even put something like 1000 usd in ads, just to make more visible the problem and maybe find others that had the same situation.

Just to remember to this casino that the laws are above "terms" and they broke the law by stealing my money, not their money. Also, they operated with good knowledge in countries where it should have been prohibited.


If we can't agree on this route until Thursday, I will start with what I told you I will do and instruct one of my lawyers to file a lawsuit against your casino and all others sister casinos from your group  MIBS N.V in two different countries, with a help from one of my friend.

We shall see if will be fun for you or not, only the time will tell us.

Is not about the money, because money is not a problem for me, is about principles.
