Hello


I had been playing on the crypto casino, Megadice, for about a week, depositing fine and playing as you would expect and everything was going great, I was happy with their site.


I went to login and it seems my country (UK) has now been IP banned. I did not use any VPN or software to originally get around the country block which was only recently introduced.


Because of this, I was never going to be able to withdraw any winnings, so I requested a refund on all deposits, as that is only fair since I wouldn't have been able to withdraw due to their rules.


I sent three emails with NO response at all, one to help@megadice.com on 23/11/2023 at 18:29 and one to support@megadice.com on 23/11/2023 at 18:44, and then one final email to complaints@megadice.com on 24/11/2023 at 21:38.


I have received no response to any of the 3 emails sent above. I cannot access the website to speak to them via livechat.


I have attached the emails for your information.


I appreciate any help you can give with getting response from Mega Dice.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? How much was your real money balance when your account got closed? Do you have any proof of all of you deposits into the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi there Nick.


The account was never fully verified or went through any KYC. I suspect this is because I never triggered a withdrawal.


I'm unsure what the account balance was prior to being IP banned. It may have been zero.


I have proof of crypto payments being made to the wallet associated with the casino, payments were made via Coinbase & Binance.


The only time I've ever intitated any discussions with the casino is via the emails I previously attached of which I've had no response.


Just to clarify, I am seeking a full refund of all deposits made simply because if I was to ever trigger a withdrawal, it would have been refused based on the fact I'm from the UK.


The account itself is probably not banned or suspended, but when you try to access the megadice casino website from within the UK, it pops up a page saying that you cannot access from the UK, whereas before, there was no IP restriction.

Hi again, sorry I should also clarify I used their built-in crypto purchasing tool to fund payments, which allows you to buy directly via their site for a direct balance deposit.

I am unsure, it is likely to be around zero.


My point is that if I was never going to be able to withdraw in the first place, I'd at least like my money back.

Hello Hound,

Unfortunately that is not how it works. If you have already lost your balance it's lost. If you would have a remaining balance you could try to ask for a refund but you can't just play away the balance and then request it back.

Based on the fact that you had zero balance, the complaint will be now rejected.
