Deposited with ETH. Won some money, lost some, no big deal.


Ended up winning over $1500. Placed a withdrawal for $1000.


Received an email asking for my personal bank statements and id verification to withdraw. When I tried to log in my account was closed.


Reporting them to their licensed regulators at Anjouan/Comoros. Closing accounts of winners is a scam tactic.

Winnings accumulated with real money, no bonus.


My account was not already verified. I received an email request to do so. When I tried to log in my account was closed.


I talked to customer service today they said it was closed because I am from Germany. But according to the terms on their own website, Germany is not on the restricted list.

However, apparently Germany is banned according to the chat representative and that's why my account was closed, including my over $1500 in winnings. This only happened after I was winning more than I was losing. It sounds like a completely fraudulent reason to close my account by making up terms by the chat representative. I am more than confused.

I'm not sure your role as Casino Guru but it's nice to see you around. You should seriously and significantly re-evaluate your rating for Megadice.


I'm seeing numerous complaints, even on this site, that as soon as they earn winnings instead of losing, Megadice quickly closes accounts, takes the balance, and refuses to cooperate over customer service. I wish I saw these sooner before choosing to use this website.


Not to mention, they advertise on their own site as an 'Anonymous, no KYC' casino, but they ask for your bank statement, personal idenficiation, and personal photos only once you win. I think this is silly regardless because no casino should be 'Anonymous' but they have a history of deception and lying to their consumers.

As the casino does not require you to select your country during registration and it seems like the site is just working fine from Germany, the casino should not confiscate any balance for such reason especially if they do not even state it in their terms.

I have reviewed your case, and just like my colleague Nick mentioned, the website is readily accessible from Germany without any limitations or warnings. Moreover, Germany is not included in the list of countries where access is prohibited. Therefore, the casino should not confiscate any balance for the reasons they provided to you. If Germany was only recently included in the list of restricted countries, it would be unfair to retroactively enforce this limitation on active players. Furthermore, if the player has rightfully earned their winnings in accordance with your rules, it is expected that these winnings are paid to the player.
