The player's withdrawal is delayed for over 2 months. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino has no reaction policy.
I have on 2.03. requested a payment of 1000.-€. This was also confirmed by email with the note that the processing takes 7-14 days. After the 14 days, I asked by email and was told that I had to calculate working days. I asked about the time regularly once a week and I got the feeling that I was being fobbed off with excuses that seemed to be copied.
Last week I even showed the link from Guru to the person I was chatting with...it was kind of ignored.
Just the usual excuses today.
Thank God I saved everything from the beginning out of mistrust.
