Dreadful!!! I withdrew originally on 27/10/22 £905 . 6 weeks later they finally communicated with me to say due to tech issues they had to put my withdrawal back into my balance 😰So I played for a little bit and withdrew he next day on 7/12/22 £1160.00 . They said they would ensure this withdrawal would be speeded up. I am now waiting 10 weeks and nothing!? I go into chat and they fob me off with the same generic message that it may take longer than the 28 business days and then shut me off. So I’ve sent over 20 emails asking where is my withdrawal and they don’t respond. What am I supposed to do!? It’s making me sick. I deposited £400 or so and won and withdrew . Simple!!!

I am getting no response and I feel they have stolen my money. No other casino site behaves like this 😰😰😰

The fact they do not respond to my emails worries me greatly

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Maximal Wins Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Maximal Wins Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
