Have been waiting for a withdrawal since 15th August so nearly 3 months, when I comtact the chat they just say its waiting and will be done soon, when I submitted an email complaint it was not responded to. I have met the bonus demands.

Hi,


This was the first deposit I made and my first withdrawal request. My account is verified and I have a screenshot and also have screen shots of the withdrawal request.


I am not expecting the full amount as it is usually 10x deposit but have not told the casino that.


I will forward on the emails I sent to the casino, I only got a basic acknowledgement to the first email


I have contacted the Online chat every other day since the initial 21 working days they quoted and each time they just said it was awaiting and will be done soon, when I pushed they quickly wanted to close the chat

Casino Guru , do you have any advice on how I can take this further. How can a company just effectively steal someone's money and not suffer and Co sequences. It would only take 1 person a few days to check the wagering requirements but it has been 3 months

Dear Ross,

unfortunately, there is not much you can do because this Casino is not licensed and they are not responding to us in many cases. The only advice which I can give to you is always to check if the Casino has a valid license before playing.

Probably yes. Every licensed Casino needs to have a license validator somewhere on the webpage with the possibility to click on it and it redirects you to the official license provider webpage.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
