I have requested 2 withdrawals on September 10th and 11th (500€+90€) and they are still in pending status, after at least 14 working days (although withdrawals should be processed within 3 working days). I contacted the casino multiple times and i always receive replies about a general delay without specific information and that the money are safe!!!

My account is not verified because the casino does not require verification ( file ). Winnings were collected with real money and not from bonuses. The last time I spoke to the casino was via email on 9/24/24 where I again had the vague reply of "keep calm, we have a lot of work, you will be paid..." sometime...
