So I have all made a withdrawal from the site and they still haven't even started the process of paying out my winnings, just says awaiting, it's been over a week, when I try to talk to them in the chat/help, I just get fobbed off with excuses and told to wait, I've even said that after reading all of the reviews about the site and them not paying people who win their winnings, and all I got back was that I shouldn't believe everything I see online, but the amount of people who are in the same situation how could I not 🤷, and there's the odd time when I try to talk to them in the help section and as soon as I start typing my my query to them they just end the conversation 😞, I've been to my bank and they've checked the deposits for the site and they take your money from different accounts that have absolutely nothing to do with the site, my bank checked out one of them and it was a jewelry store! They said I should receive confirmation on the withdrawal process but I just keep on getting emails from them with deposit bonuses, it's not fair that they are able to get away with doing this to people 🤬

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Nevertheless, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Magic Win Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.
