I deposited a few times which went through all fine, verified my account and that was all done. I then made a withdrawl of £300 in October i was sent an email on the 26th day of withdrawal saying it was received and would be in my account in 3-5 days it's now December and still havent received it. Keep being told to be patient it's still being checked ect. And now when I go onto there chat there just ignoring me

Have you made any successful withdrawals before? Could you please post a screenshot of your withdrawal/transaction history here in this thread? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Hi there no I have not made any successful withdrawals this was my first one. I have gone through all my transactions on there site and isn't giving me an option to find my withdrawl. I have a few screen shots of my deposits. The only confirmation I have is the email they sent me in regards to my withdrawl. I'm not sure what you mean by accumulated winnings. I didnt use a bonus when I signed up I used a bonus afterwards. Its say9ng pending withdrawls so you cant make another one until its completed. I have sent numerous emails and havent heard anything back from them.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Magic Win Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.


We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.


The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
