I have not received my withdrawal funds which were submitted 10.10.24. They are breaching their terms and conditions by not processing this transaction within 24-48 hour time frame which is stated on their websites terms and conditions. Unknowingly, I thought this was a reputable sports betting casino, but after finally reading reviews and complaints with withdrawal issues, this is not the case.


I speak with live chat every day and I get the same answers, which are be patient, wait 7-21 days, processing checks. My account is fully verified with the completion of KYC. I have made multiple deposits with no issues. It seems they are happy to take your money, but won't pay out.


It has got to a point where I feel I have been scammed and this casino is fraudulent. This is now causing me great stress and alarm with severe anxiety. I need help with this matter.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Thanks for your reply. My KYC documentation was provided and my account is fully verified and has been since opening. I will wait another 7 days as you advise to do so. As you can imagine this is causing me great stress and frustration. Terms and conditions are there for a reason but unfortunately they are not been compliant.
