I have been waiting for a withdrawal since the 12th June. I deposited £20 played my bonus through and still had £200 left so I withdrew it. They then changed my DOB in my account after it was verified and won’t change it back. And I can’t. They constantly close the chat for customer service and won’t respond to emails about my winnings or by date of birth and haven’t paid it out. They also kept trying to take money from my bank account and my bank noticed and sent me a new card.
