Requested a withdrawal on 26/10/23 from there SPORTS betting - was told 24-48 hours. This is still pending - I am now being told 14-21 working days? Never known something being this long if I’m being honest. I asked what happens if it’s not processed by 21 days they said they would send a reminder - also being told to be patient quite a lot - seems very odd to me

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

No still no luck. They’re saying 14-21 working days so I guess I have to wait until that time has elapsed. They also said if it’s not in by then then they’ll message accounts. All seems very dubious to me

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Magic Win Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.


We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from . I wish I could be of more help.
