However, the casino has not paid me out for no reason since 04/12/2022.
This is definitely too long.
The withdrawal has already been approved and sent to the bank, but nothing happens in this regard.
for all the hours in the chat & for emailing the account team, I definitely expect an expense payment due to this extremely long waiting time.

The last payment was almost 1 month with a waiting time but not 3 weeks...
no, same payout and deposit method - I didn't even have to re-enter my bank details, everything was still saved.
Yes and no /- I didn't get a real reason. I was told it would definitely be paid last Wednesday but unfortunately it wasn't the case... I'm very upset.
