I played at madmoney casino and won 506$ and requested a withdrawl.
My account is fully verified but i have still not recived any money.
The support when i can reach them because its not always possible tells me that they do not handle withdrawls and reffers me to accounting@madmoneycasino.
I have sent e-mails to them but they do not answer.
Can you please help me with this case because they are very complicated and tells me to remain pacient all the time.

Ive been fully verified for atleast 2 weeks and when i verified i got told that it would get sent after.
I played with a deposit bonus.
I talked to them today and atleast 3-4 times a week and getting told the same things every time that they will tell another department and they will fix it.
Also provided me with the relevant departments email so i can contact them and ask them directly but that email account dont even answer my emails.
This is not an issue and the player received his withdrawal over a week ago. This complaint can be closed.
