Hello casino guru, I've been waiting for my payout of 300 euros for three weeks now. I have on 13.07. requested a payout via bank transfer. Unfortunately nothing has happened until today. In the live chat I was stalled more or less without giving a reason. Yesterday an agent said that I should try a different payment method. I then canceled the payment. Then I tried to make a withdrawal through Mifinity. That wasn't possible either. After numerous attempts, I only ever got an error message. I am asking you for help

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hello Casino Guru, I've been approved for a bank transfer withdrawal. Unfortunately I waited more than 2 weeks afterwards and nothing happened despite full verification. On Monday I was informed that I should change the payment method. I have no option to withdraw via Crypto. Then I tried to withdraw via Mifinity. I got an error message there. The support doesn't help me. I should send an email to the technical department. I'll try that now. If that doesn't work for me, I'll get in touch with you again. MFG A. Peterss

Hello casinoguru, I have now canceled the withdrawal and deposited 10 euros via Mifinity. Then I applied for the entire amount of 310 euros to be paid out again via Mifinity. But now I'm waiting for the money again for the fifth day. Yours sincerely, A. Peterss
