Hello dear

I have to say that Msccasino is very weird! I am with them few weeks now and customer support is so poor! I have big difficulty to close my account, they didn’t respond to my hotmail.com account 1st week! Then I gave another email! Now they respond be patient and wait for verification which comes by email like an answer for another week! Live chat keeps saying waiting for our specialists to respond! Absolutely not normal behaviour!

Hello Nick. Of course I have changed my mind as I can’t understand why I can’t get in touch with them keep getting same answers like be patient, the account is under verification, please upload documents which I had uploaded long time ago. It is already about 10 days and my issue is not solved!

It looks like they have robot system reply, no any reply from the human!

I am sorry for the late reply. I have uploaded all documents on my profile page once long time ago probably a month in Msccasino. They sent me email to do it again but I can’t there is no such a option anymore. So they don’t accept my documents via email and won’t close my account until I will upload documents! There is no actual human responding to me…. no name
